SALTED APEROL DAIQUIRI
A daiquiri like no other. We add a touch of bittersweet Aperol, a salted rim, and top it with beer for a refreshing effervescence. This cocktail is sure to turn into your happy hour favorite.
Ingredients and Methods
- 2 ounces / 60 ml Newvana Mango Daiquiri Cocktail Mixer
- 1 ounces / 30 ml Rum
- 1 ounces / 30 ml Aperol
- 1 ounce / 30 ml Lager Beer (we like Stella Artois)
- Salted rim
- Add 2 oz Newvana Mango Daiquiri Cocktail Mixer, 1 oz rum and 1 oz Aperol to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake for ten seconds.
- Strain into a short (rocks) glass with a salt rim with fresh ice.
- Fill the glass with 1 oz of lager beer.
